This recipe is so easy, particularly if you pre-prepare the salmon the night before. Full of calcium, omegas, iron, protein and amino acids this is a filling nutritious and tasty meal. And who says you can’t have delicious food if you’re gluten and dairy free…?

Ingredients
- 2 fillets Salmon
- 2 portions Gluten Free Pasta we used gluten free spinach fettuccini
- 2 handfuls Fresh Spinach
- 1 scoop Oatley Creme Fraiche
- 1/2 Freshly Squeezed Lemon
- 1 pinch Crushed Black Pepper

Instructions
- Cook your salmon fillets if you haven't pre cooked them for 15 minutes in the oven @ 200 degrees.
- Cook the pasta and drain and place pasta back in the saucepan
- Add the salmon, creme fraiche, fresh spinach, lemon juice and black pepper to the cooked pasta to the pan on a very low heat and stir
- Lightly steam the ingredients for 1 - 2 minutes and serve
