This recipe is so easy, particularly if you pre-prepare the salmon the night before.  Full of calcium, omegas, iron, protein and amino acids this is a filling nutritious and tasty meal.  And who says you can’t have delicious food if you’re gluten and dairy free…?

Salmon & Spinach Fettucini
One of our new favourites this gluten, dairy free creamy pasta dish is a real winner. And so quick to prepare. To make this dish even more quick and easy to prepare, I pre-cooked my 2 salmon fillets the night before.

  1. Cook your salmon fillets if you haven't pre cooked them for 15 minutes in the oven @ 200 degrees.
  2. Cook the pasta and drain and place pasta back in the saucepan
  3. Add the salmon, creme fraiche, fresh spinach, lemon juice and black pepper to the cooked pasta to the pan on a very low heat and stir
  4. Lightly steam the ingredients for 1 - 2 minutes and serve
