I love bread. I think most of us do, but there never seems to be a recipe that doesn’t cause bloating due to yeast or gluten. This recipe, however is delicious! And fairly simple to make.

  1. Put the milk eggs and olive oil in a bowl and mix it well, adding the salt.
  2. Add the flour and xanthan gum and continue to mix.
  3. Add half the cheese and chopped rosemary and mix well.
  4. Add half of the chopped olives and continue to mix everything until it has a sticky texture.
  5. To shape the bread, add the mix to an oiled bread tin or tray and using wet fingers smooth over the top.
  6. spray olive oil over the top of the bread and add the leftover cheese and olives to decorate.
  7. Cook In the oven for 30 - 40 minutes until a skewer comes out clean, serve and enjoy!
