  1. Slice and chop the red pepper into small pieces.
  2. Rinse asparagus and put on to boil.
  3. Add pepper into the asparagus pan
  4. After 4 minutes melt some butter in a saucepan add the 2 eggs and stir to scramble.
  5. Toast the pitta bread.
  6. Split the pitta bread in 2, add butter add eggs and layer over drained veg.
  7. add black pepper and paprika and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

I love the combination of bright greens, yellows and reds. It makes me feel good to eat such a variety of colours, flavours and textures. And it doesn't aggravate my IBS. Win Win!
