I started my company, Glorious Food in 2015 to help people to take control of their dietary and digestive health and in particular to show people how to easily become IBS symptom free. Having struggled with IBS myself for many years, since I was a baby, I know first hand the pain and frustration that IBS symptoms can produce. My research into this has taken me half way around the world and a number of years to get the solution as simple, affordable and accessible to as many people as possible.

Diet is so important and getting it right is not easy. I mean, when was the last time you saw a vegetable being actively promoted in an advert? Or the health benefits of coriander being sung from the rooftops?

I’ve been studying nutrition and its effects on the human body for over 15 years through my own personal dietary health journey. I suffered with IBS from birth until my early 20’s which is when I was introduced to my Nutritionist and I discovered that I had food intolerances. Once I knew what foods were causing the IBS symptoms I simply removed them from my diet. Subsequently my sluggish bowel improved and since then I have never looked back.
I am deeply fascinated with health, particularly relating to the digestive tract. I feel like we used to know so much about natural healing but now we automatically rely on the medical profession to provide us with a ‘magic pill’ to take the pain away. I passionately believe that our health and quality of life is largely in our own hands.
In my travels to Asia I have learned the benefit of cleansing the body of toxins through fasting. I’ve studied yoga and meditation and I try to live as ethically as possible. All of which contribute to a natural deep sleep at night. The good news is that this can be achieved through diet and exercise. And I can show you how.
With the knowledge I have learned I can teach you how to look after your body from within. Once the bowel and digestive tract is functioning properly you will feel powerful, incredible and invincible! Nothing will stop you!
